Robert Whiteley is the producer, engineer and studio owner behind Whitewood Recording Studio in Liverpool together with Danny Woodward.
With a lifelong passion for music and sound, he has spent decades refining his craft and building a studio designed to inspire creativity.
Known for his technical expertise, musical sensitivity and collaborative approach, Rob works closely with artists to capture performances that feel authentic, powerful and emotionally resonant.
Daniel Woodward
Danny is an engineer, producer and mixer. He is the co-founder of Whitewood Recording Studio.
Danny’s productions and recordings regularly feature on BBC introducing, 6 Music playlists, Radio 1 and Radio X and has 100’s of millions of streams of his work. He has worked with artists such as Banners, BC Camplight, Circa Waves, Crawlers, Ladytron, Miles Kane, Phil Selway, The Wombats.
He continues to work with established international acts but also loves helping artists who are early on in their career.
Patrick Armstrong
Patrick Armstrong is a Liverpool-based producer, recording engineer and mixer working across the alternative, indie and rock music scene. He has collaborated with artists including Crawlers, STONE, Morningstar and Courting, alongside a range of emerging and established acts across the UK.
Patrick works closely with artists from pre-production and recording through to mixing, helping shape authentic records that stay true to their vision. With a collaborative approach and a focus on strong performances, modern production and engaging mixes, he creates music that balances energy, character and clarity.
